satyam 'a' vijayate

Where is RAMU Sir the film maker, if the "bombing the taj" was not possible then here is one more scoop . The story based on lines of satyam computer fraud. Of course some songs will also help... ... but if you make the film i need some part of profits Ha,,,,,,
"satyam-a-vijayate The film "
wow what a great film story.... but befor you screen it do keep a disclaimer like company auditors.
"This is purely a fiction and any resemblance to factual life is merely co-incidence"

plot 1) for 5 years ceo takes money off the company and diverts it to bribing people (director can decide who thers people are) to get contracts and creating benami accounts...

plot 2) big investors start buying stock as company promotes good investment opportunity by manipulation of balance sheet and awarded things like golden peacock award, corporate excellence award..

Plot 3) stock price rises many fold i.e. a Re 2 stock quoting at 400+.

Plot 4) promoters pledge shares to get money. Then by manipulation bring the share prices down forcing the pledge shares to be sold before confession . companies who pledged shares earn millions.

Plot 5) ceo goes to media and announces like a martyr that though he tried to save the company he could not....

Plot 6) govt steps in tries to show that it cares and un able to arrest and file charge-sheet directly... Instates its own board to cover up all fraud. Auditors are fired to show some action taken ...

Plot 7) hard earned money of tax payers is diverted through bank funding back to satyam--2000 crore.... HA HA HA who paid for all the fraud ... AAM AADMI the one who abides by law and who pays tax...
..................................................THE END (all is well that ends well)

Pls send this to RAMU Sir i mean the film maker.... or may be a new director/producer looking for some new storyline....

Sad Regards
AAM AADMI

avoid subscribing to network18 warrants

Small investors are advised to avoid the warrants of network18 as it is only waste of money. Currently the stock is quoting at around 75 levels. Till the time the warrants get listed the stock is likely to quote at around 40 levels. This would mean that if at all the investors want can wait till such time. Also the management has a dubious record of wasting money. If we see the past records of Netowrk18 group, most of its companies are making losses or poor profits including CNBC TV18, IBN, Infomedia ect. The management has time and again claimed that Network18 group is leader in all the fields it operates but has forgotten to remember that it has destroyed 80% value of small investors withing last two years.

The promoters have also pledged shares to the tune of 17% inspite of the rights issue.. One fails to understand where all the money is going. The company had done a postal ballot to increase the bonuses and salaries of staff last year... How can a company ask for salary increases when it is making losses? The sad part is that the promoters hold more than 50% in company and thus can pass any act through postal ballot. Since long have been condeming the postal ballot procudure as it is harmful to small investors. Small investors have virtuall no say in the decisions of the company... Have written many letters to SEBI but have falled on deaf ears... Recently the same promoters who also are promoters of Indian Film Company (IFC) which is listed in Europenion union have been dragged to court by small investors in Europe for poor management.

Also one finds that there is no major interest shown by small investors in India to confront the management in AGM or EGM.
God bless the small investors as I know that inspite of so obvious mismanagemnt by this company the small investors will still suscribe to the warrants...

the postal ballot going on is one more attempt by directors to profit for themselves i request one and all to completely give descent to the postal ballot and send it. the directors are taking the company on free roll and think that small shareholders cannot do any thing... small investors show your strength, the postal ballot will only benifit directors who have cornered all wealth for themselves. DIRECTORS HAVE EVEN SOLD SHARED AFTER RIGHTS ISSUE. no incease in remuneration to directors and no essops to employes till the common shareholders are benifited.... vote against the ballot and prove how strong the common small shareholder is.... the company till previous year was making losses but now when the chances of company making profit in comming years seems likely the directors have skillfull managed to keep the wealth with the directors and employes and not pass it on to small investors...earlier many companies have done the same this is one more example of the plight of small investor.......sebi should bring some clause to protect the small investor in case of ESOP'S heafty directors remunerations, some of the options could be--minimum 3 years consecutive cash profits out of which at least 10% should be shared will investors of less than 1 lac.-- minimum 3 year lockin and not more than 25% discount to market price-- directors of public limited companies be paid remuneration only if cash profit in last two consecutive years out of previous three..IS SEBI LISTNING..for investor register your VIEWS sebi www.sebi.gov.in/Index.jsp?contentDisp=SubSection&sec_id=38&sub_sec_id=38

the company till previous year was making losses but now when the chances of company making profit in comming years seems likely the directors have skillfull managed to keep the wealth with the directors and employes and not pass it on to small investors...

earlier many companies have done the same this is one more example of the plight of small investor.......

sebi should bring some clause to protect the small investor in case of ESOP'S heafty directors remunerations, some of the options could be
--minimum 3 years consecutive cash profits out of which at least 10% should be shared will investors of less than 1 lac.
-- minimum 3 year lockin and not more than 25% discount to market price
-- directors of public limited companies be paid remuneration only if cash profit in last two consecutive years out of previous three..

IS SEBI LISTNING..
